Ethan came in to mummy and daddy’s room at about 4am. He couldn’t sleep because Kelsie was snoring, so after some linen shuffling daddy and Ethan were sleep on the couch until about 6:30 when Ethan was happy to get up and Dad could go back to sleep.

Today was a day on the Murray, our annual cruise up the river on the Pevensby was an opportunity to scout our inflatable row boat trip back.

Dad rowed the family back down the river in an hour and 15, beating the time set with Kelsie on the SUP the previous year. The 3.6km walk back to the car in under 45min rounding out the physical exertions for the day. A cold beer and a swim well earned.
