After leaving the Frog and Toad we did some exploring around Tamworth. We found the Giant Golden Guitar. Kelsie and Ethan bought hat badges each and have been wearing them proudly all day.

It was sad to see the Locomotive Hotel locked up and gutted. We have it on the authority of Grandpa Amy’s that it was the place to be during the Music festival.

There was still 4.5 hours of driving back to Sydney and we had a deadline to get to a toy store as Kelsie needed to buy a bangle that somehow didn’t get purchased at Dreamworld. A quick dip in the hotel pool was much colder than anything so far and almost certainly our last swim for the holiday.

Ethan is counting down the days to his birthday and is concerned we won’t have time to decorate Halloween and his birthday!

Tomorrow The Rocks, they better have corn!
