Kelsie and Ethan were at their competing best, always after more and expecting a tit for tat. Multiple times they needed to be reminded about manners and how especially lucky they are to be on a holiday.
More than once, Ethan pulled out his ‘worst day ever’.
When he used it after he was denied a drink from the Moama market, less than a minute from the car where he had left his water bottle, just after he was denied face painting, because he changed his mind too late when he’d already said no. Daddys retort was a suggestion to jump in the river.
A wonderful cruise on the P.S. Pevensey, Ethan has moved on from the heightened food safety of 2020 and was eating his snack crisps from wherever the crumbs fell.
We ticked of a number of activities for the trip.
